4. Assumption of Risk

Yoga, movement, stretching, meditation, breathwork, and physical activity involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, emotional distress, disability, or death.

By using YogiFlow, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any class, course, program, video, workshop, community discussion, or activity available through the platform.

You agree that YogiFlow, including its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, instructors, contributors, partners, licensors, sponsors, and service providers, shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from:

• participation in physical activity;
• misuse of content;
• reliance on educational information;
• user-generated content;
• AI-generated content;
• third-party content;
• community interactions;
• technical failures or interruptions.

5. No Guarantees

YogiFlow does not guarantee:

• wellness improvements;
• teaching success;
• uninterrupted service;
• error-free content;
• platform availability;
• compatibility with all devices.

Results vary from person to person.

6. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• all activity under your account;

You agree not to:

• impersonate others;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with platform operations;

YogiFlow does not claim ownership of user-created original content.

By uploading content, users grant YogiFlow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and transmit content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide platform functionality.

YogiFlow will not publicly market, advertise, publish, distribute, license, sell, or commercially use user-created content outside normal platform functionality without prior written authorization from the content owner.

8. Marketing and Promotional Consent

YogiFlow respects creator ownership and user privacy.

YogiFlow will not use, repost, advertise, market, publish, distribute, display, promote, license, or commercially feature user-created content, testimonials, images, videos, class plans, educational materials, personal likeness, or identifiable information outside normal platform functionality without obtaining prior written authorization from the user.

Written authorization may include:

• signed release forms;
• electronic consent;
• written email approval;
• digital acceptance forms.

Any authorized use of user content shall remain subject to the scope of the written authorization provided.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting user privacy is extremely important to us.

YogiFlow will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect personal information using administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We collect only information reasonably necessary to:

14. Community Standards, Acceptable Use, and Prohibited Conduct

YogiFlow is intended to be a safe, respectful, educational, professional, and community-driven platform focused on yoga, wellness, movement, mindfulness, creativity, and collaboration.

Users are solely responsible for all content, messages, media, files, discussions, comments, links, posts, uploads, or materials they share, distribute, publish, or transmit through the platform.

YogiFlow does not endorse, verify, monitor, control, or guarantee the legality, safety, quality, accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of user-generated, AI-generated, affiliate, sponsored, automated, or third-party content.

Users understand and agree that they may encounter content posted by others that may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogiFlow is not responsible or liable for:

• user-generated content;
• AI-generated content;
• community discussions;
• private or public messages;
• forum interactions;
• affiliate or sponsored content;
• third-party recommendations;
• uploaded files;
• external links;
• user conduct or disputes.

Users may not use YogiFlow to post, upload, generate, distribute, promote, request, encourage, or engage in any content or activity involving:

• illegal activity;
• threats or violence;
• harassment or abuse;
• hate speech or discrimination;
• pornography or sexually explicit material;
• exploitation of minors;
• graphic violence;
• terrorism or extremist content;
• self-harm encouragement;
• unlawful drug activity;

• affiliates;

YogiFlow maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for prohibited conduct.

YogiFlow reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• review, monitor, investigate, or screen content;
• flag, label, restrict, remove, block, or report AI-generated, automated, affiliate, sponsored, or user-generated content believed to be harmful, misleading, deceptive, violent, illegal, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, unsafe, fraudulent, infringing, spam-related, or otherwise inappropriate;
• remove content violating these Terms or applicable laws;
• restrict automated posting activity or malicious tools;
• remove affiliate or unauthorized promotional content;
• suspend, terminate, or permanently ban accounts associated with abusive, unlawful, deceptive, dangerous, or prohibited conduct.

YogiFlow may preserve, disclose, and report content, activity, or account information to law enforcement, government agencies, regulators, legal authorities, or third parties when reasonably necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations;
• enforce these Terms;
• protect platform integrity;
• protect users or the public;
• investigate suspected unlawful conduct.

Any account violating these Terms may be permanently terminated immediately, without prior notice and without refund.

Access to YogiFlow is a privilege, not a right.

15. User, AI-Generated, Automated, and Third-Party Content

Content available on YogiFlow may include materials created, uploaded, generated, shared, or distributed by:

• users;
• instructors;
• affiliates;
• advertisers;
• sponsors;
• AI systems;
• automation tools;
• third-party services.

YogiFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, completeness, originality, or reliability of any such content.

Users understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate material;
• community content may not be reviewed before publication;
• affiliate or sponsored content may contain promotional material.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying information found on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogiFlow disclaims all liability related to:

• user-generated content;
• AI-generated content;
• automated content;
• affiliate content;
• community discussions;
• third-party information.

• provider errors;
• third-party policies or practices beyond YogiFlow's reasonable control.

Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogiFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• incidental damages;
• consequential damages;
• lost profits;
• data loss;
• business interruption;
• personal injury claims;
• emotional distress;
• platform downtime;
• reliance on content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YogiFlow and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

19. Account Suspension and Termination

Termination may occur without warning and without refund.

20. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from use of YogiFlow shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting YogiFlow directly.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except where prohibited by law.

Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts.

22. Changes to Terms

YogiFlow may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting to YogiFlow.org.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
